Stainless Steel 347 and 347H Instrumentation Tubing contains chromium, nickel, and columbium (niobium), providing excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability With a composition of approximately 18% chromium and 10% nickel, this compound provides improved strength and oxidation resistance. Technical features include a tensile strength of 75,000 psi (517 MPa) and a yield strength of 30,000 psi (207 MPa). Advantages include exceptional intergranular corrosion resistance, excellent weldability and suitability for high temperature applications, making it ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, energy generation and aerospace industries.
